Qualifications

• Diploma or higher with 2+ years in specialized warehousing operations.
• Strong analytics and ability to navigate WMS and MS Office tools.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; team leadership.
• Excellent coordination and organizational abilities; shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: monitor stock levels, cycle counts, and FIFO/FEFO accuracy.
• Outbound operations: oversee picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
• Process optimization & reporting: identify bottlenecks and generate stock/fulfillment reports.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff; enforce SOPs and safety protocols.
