Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of supervision or leadership experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English for communication with teams and vendors.
• Strong computer skills, especially Google Sheets and Excel for data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily inbound operations: receipt, dock-to-storage flow, PO verification, damage checks, vendor coordination.
• Lead put-away initiatives; optimize storage layouts and space utilization; drive process improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance receiving accuracy and safety compliance.
• Lead inventory accuracy projects including cycle counts and annual physical inventories; drive corrective actions.
• Oversee outbound operations: end-to-end order fulfillment, packing, and shipping; improve pick paths and carrier performance.
