Job summary

Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Petaling Jaya / Wangsa Maju operations. You will receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods, ensure accurate stock records, and coordinate with the main warehouse and logistics partners.

Responsibilities include inventory monitoring, cycle counts, FIFO/FEFO compliance, outbound picking and packing, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or higher in any field.
• At least 2 years in specialized warehousing.
• Strong analytics and ability to navigate WMS, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods.
• Record stock into the inventory system accurately.
• Coordinate with main warehouse and logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
• Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Generate regular reports on stock levels and discrepancies.
• Train warehouse staff and promote safety.
