Job summary

Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in Johor to oversee receiving, outbound, and inventory management within a fast-paced e-commerce logistics environment. You will ensure accurate goods receipt, proper put-away, order picking, packing, and timely shipping, while maintaining safety and a clean work area.

Strong leadership and communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience in logistics operations preferred.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: verify quantities, condition, and documen tation; ensure accurate goods receipt.
• Outbound: pick/pack orders, ensure packaging quality, and coordinate with carriers.
• Inventory: lead cycle counts, investigate variances, enforce FIFO/FEFO, use WMS/ERP for real-time tracking.
