Job summary

Shopee Malaysia is looking for a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee the Seberang Perai warehouse, aligning activities with policy and the company vision. Lead inbound, outbound, returns, and maintenance, ensure SLA targets, and produce regular warehouse reports.

Responsibilities

Oversee and strategically manage the warehouse operations.
Manage inbounding of inventory, returns, inventory, outbound operations, and maintenance.
Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met for all warehouse operations.
Conduct cost/benefit analyses, cost optimization, and forecasting.
Lead team briefings and regular performance reviews.
Provide recommendations to management using analytics and local market understanding.
Produce regular reports and statistics on warehouse metrics and costs.
