Job summary

Key duties include conducting cycle counts, implementing FIFO/FEFO, and producing regular reports on stock levels and fulfillment performance. Shift hours and strong bilingual communication are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in ground ops warehousing
• Strong analytics and logical thinking to navigate WMS, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good team player and able to lead a team independently
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good coordination and organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email
• Able to work on shift hours

Responsibilities

• Inbound Operations: receive, inspect, verify incoming goods and record stock in system.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels, cycle counts, FIFO/FEFO, identify slow-moving or expired stock.
• Outbound Operations: oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch with quality control to minimize errors.
• Process Optimization & Reporting: identify bottlenecks, generate stock and fulfillment reports, ensure SOP compliance.
• Team Coordination & Leadership: supervise and train warehouse staff, foster accountability and safety.
