Job summary

Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead inbound, outbound and inventory control operations in Penang. You will drive accuracy, space optimization, cycle counts and real-time updates using WMS/ERP systems.

The role requires strong leadership, teamwork and communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with a Diploma in relevant fields and hands-on warehousing experience. Local applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in warehousing / fulfillment operations preferred.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration.
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy.
• Oversee put-away and storage of goods.
• Coordinate dock scheduling and carrier communications.
• Manage picking, packing, and outbound shipping quality.
• Lead cycle counts and investigate variances.
• Enforce FIFO/FEFO and optimize storage locations.
