Job summary

GENIUS COOLING TOWERS GLOBAL SDN BHD in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operator to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking and packing, and ensure timely order fulfilment.

The role requires at least 3 years in warehouse/logistics, proficiency in Excel and SQL inventory systems, and strong coordination with Sales and Logistics. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus. Work on-site with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of warehouse / inventory / logistics experience.
• Experience with SQL inventory or stock management systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock movements and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related MS Office applications.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan and under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and issuing goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor stock movements and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Maintain storage locations and stock identification for easy access and control.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels to minimize overstocking or shortages.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records using the SQL system.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports for Management.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements with transporters and internal drivers.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
