Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. The role includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, and issuing goods, plus supervising staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will monitor stock movements, maintain organization, and use SQL-based inventory records to reconcile discrepancies. Strong communication and coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse / inventory / logistics experience.
• Experience in SQL inventory or stock management system is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock movement and warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing and issuing goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor all stock movements and ensure goods from branches and suppliers are in good order.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization, storage locations and stock identification.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels to meet requirements and minimize stock issues.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the SQL system.
• Perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Prepare and present inventory and stock movement reports to Management.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements with transporters and internal drivers.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
• Carry out other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by Management.
