Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. The role includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, and issuing goods, plus supervising staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and issuing goods.
Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Monitor all incoming and outgoing stock movements and ensure goods received from branches and suppliers are in good order and condition.
Maintain proper warehouse organization, storage locations and stock identification for easy access and accurate inventory control.
Manage and monitor inventory levels to meet operational requirements and minimize overstocking or stock shortages.
Update and maintain accurate inventory records using the SQL system, including stock receipts, issues, transfers and adjustments.
Perform regular stock checks and physical stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Prepare and present inventory and stock movement reports to Management.
Check, record and report damaged, missing or discrepant goods.
Ensure goods are properly packed, secured and prepared for delivery.
Coordinate delivery arrangements with appointed transporters, forwarders and internal drivers.
Manage in-house transportation and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and stock availability.
Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, internal controls, safety requirements and applicable regulatory requirements.
Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized warehouse environment.
Carry out other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by Management.
Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse / inventory / logistics experience.
Experience in SQL inventory or stock management system is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of inventory control, stock movement and warehouse operations.
Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and handle work pressure and tight deadlines.
Willing to work overtime when required.
Forklift driving experience / valid forklift competency is an added advantage.
Applicants must be willing to work in Nilai 3, Negeri Sembilan.
