Job summary

MANES GLOBAL SDN BHD is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will lead warehouse staff, monitor stock levels and uphold safety and policy standards.

The role requires a Diploma in logistics or related field and 2–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work rotational shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field.
2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or logistics; supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and objectives.
Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records; monitor stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
Monitor performance to ensure timely deliveries and achievement of KPIs.
Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.
Prepare warehouse performance reports and develop staff.
