Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Supervise, train and manage warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness and compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor warehouse performance and prepare regular operational reports.
• Resolve issues related to stock accuracy, damaged goods and deliveries.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase warehouse efficiency.
