Job summary

SPX Express in Sabah is seeking a logistics coordinator to delegate tasks, manage inbound parcels, and schedule daily driver activities in a dynamic hub environment.

You will monitor driver performance, assist in training new drivers, and ensure KPI reporting and safety policy compliance within the in-hub parcel collection operations. Based in Kuala Penyu with a rotational shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Sabah based on state law requirements.
• Candidates based in Kuala Penyu encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift basis depending on business needs.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with postcodes, routing, and mapping would be helpful.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to handle ambiguous situations.
• Fast learner in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters and drivers based on headcount.
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor driver behavior to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Assist the fleet team lead with deployment and training of new drivers where applicable.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and standard operating procedures for in-hub parcel collection.
