is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor based in Sabah to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, delegate tasks to sorters and drivers, and ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments. You will coordinate daily activities with drivers, monitor KPI compliance, and support the fleet team lead in training new drivers, while upholding safety policies and SOPs in a dynamic, shift-based environment.

Qualifications

Legally allowed to work in Sabah.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous.
Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage.
Familiarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good use.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to deal with ambiguous situations.
Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment.
Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule and 45 working hours weekly, with overtime if required.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts.
Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner.
Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service.
Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicable.
Monitor and report KPI compliance.
Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operating procedures for in-hub parcel collection.
