Job summary

SPX Express in Sarawak seeks a hands-on logistics coordinator based in Kabong to oversee daily driver and sorter tasks, inbound parcels, and scheduling to ensure timely deliveries.

You will monitor driver performance, support the fleet team with training, and report KPI compliance while upholding safety policies and SOPs in hub operations. 45 weekly hours, rotating shifts, and potential overtime apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant disciplines is advantageous.
• Experience in logistics operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with postcodes / routing / mapping is good to have.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills are required.
• Fast learner with ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on headcount.
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure deliveries are timely.
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure high level of customer service.
• Assist fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and SOPs for in-hub parcel collection.
