Job summary

SPX Express in Sabah is seeking a logistics supervisor to delegate tasks, coordinate daily driver activities and ensure timely parcel delivery while upholding KPI targets and safety SOPs.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Sabah
• Based in Sabah (Sook)
• Willing to work on rotational shift schedule
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in logistics operations advantageous
• Familiarity with postcodes, routing and mapping helpful
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle ambiguous situations
• Fast learner in a dynamic environment
• Diploma/degree in relevant disciplines advantageous
• Working pattern: 45 hours weekly, Rotational shifts
• Working location: Sook, Sabah

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters and drivers based on headcount
• Receive and inbound parcels from linehaul team
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers for timely delivery
• Monitor driver behavior and customer service levels
• Assist fleet team lead with deployment and training of new drivers
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and SOPs for in-hub parcel collection
