Job summary

POPLOOK Sdn Bhd is hiring a Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory control. You will manage bin numbers, ensure stock accuracy, and uphold 5S standards across the facility in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

The role requires a Diploma and at least 1 year of warehouse experience. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, organizational skills, and independence are essential. Working hours are weekdays with Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders are required.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse/operations management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, BAAN) is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of tech hardware such as printers is an added advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions well in a structured environment.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Capable of working independently, being responsible and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall warehouse operations and inventory management to meet daily productivity targets.
• Manage warehouse bin numbers and organize stock according to layout specifications.
• Ensure physical inventory tallies with system records.
• Maintain 5S practices and keep the warehouse clean and safe.
• Facilitate loading and unloading at the loading bay.
• Assist fulfilment for Transfer Orders, Sales Orders, and seller centre orders.
• Process returned items from customers, stores, sponsorships and loans.
• Conduct stock takes and reconcile discrepancies between counted and system quantities.
• Establish and enforce safety standards and procedures.
• Perform related administrative duties within Warehouse and Back End operations.
