Job summary

Mosaic Expert Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Bandar Baru Klang facility. The role manages inventory, coordinates with logistics teams, and ensures safety and efficiency to support our supply chain.

This full-time position requires hands-on leadership and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, familiarity with WMS and MS Office, and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, SCM, or

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin or related field preferred.
SPM with experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts.
Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate work schedules.
Ensure safety regulations compliance and train staff.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics, sales and procurement.
Improve warehouse layout and storage efficiency.
Maintain warehouse documentation and performance metrics.
Identify process improvements to boost productivity.
Handle customer enquiries on orders and shipments.
