Job summary

SANY INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPING (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail‑focused Warehouse Associate to support daily spare parts warehouse operations in Penang.

You will handle inbound and outbound activities, inventory records, and 6S cleanliness while coordinating with the central warehouse. The role requires a diploma or degree in logistics or related field, strong accuracy and communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics or spare parts operations is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate and write in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound activities for spare parts, including stock returns and handling of replaced/used parts, while ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Follow up on inbound and outbound issues, including quantity discrepancies, damaged items and system errors, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Support warehouse improvement and space optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts, assist with inventory variance analysis and support corrective actions to ensure stock accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and analyse stock data to support spare parts replenishment and service orders.
• Coordinate with the central warehouse on spare parts shipments and regularly track delivery status to ensure goods arrive on schedule.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the service branch when required.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization and cleanliness in accordance with 6S standards.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, filing and records.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer/system data entry is an advantage.

Willing to perform warehouse activities such as stock checking and cycle counting.
