Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse operations coordinator to ensure SOP adherence, accurate picking and timely checking, and to assist in transport planning within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

The role focuses on achieving KPI targets for inbound, repacking and movement of items, including handling poison items movement, under supervision of the warehouse team. Candidates should have 1 year FMCG experience and knowledge of WMS.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess min SPM / Diploma or Higher in Business Administration, Logistic or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in FMCG industry.
• Good knowledge in Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• To ensure workers follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and instruction.
• To ensure picking / checking accuracy within agreed timeline.
• To assist in transport planning.
• To ensure warehouse operations processing KPI is achieved.
• To supervise and oversee inbound / repacking activities / poison items movement.
