Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Selangor to lead inbound, outbound and return operations in line with SOPs. You will ensure accurate receipt, storage, replenishment, fulfilment and returns, supervise daily activities and manage performance, costs, and records.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 3–5 years in FMCG, with strong Excel and leadership skills, plus excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics management, business or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in FMCG (Foods and Home Care).
• Minimum 3–5 years strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational skills and team orientation.
• Advanced Excel with analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Warehouse Inbound, Outbound and Trade Return Operations in line with SOPs.
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, replenishment, fulfilment and returns.
• Address operational issues and provide effective solutions.
• Supervise warehouse employees on daily activities.
• Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse performance, productivity and costs.
• Maintain records and prepare necessary documentation.
• Perform frequent daily inspections of warehouse grounds.
• Coordinate and maintain Material Handling Equipment.
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and health and safety compliance.
• Coordinate daily cycle counts and stock takes including preparation.

Lead in the execution of Warehouse Inbound, Warehouse Outbound and Trade Return Operations in compliance to SOP

Manages and ensure accurate receipt, storage, replenishment, fulfilment, and returns

Managing the operational issues and provide solutions

Supervising warehouse employees on daily activities

Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse performance, productivity, and cost

Maintaining the records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation

Performing frequent daily inspection of the warehouse grounds

Coordinating and maintaining Material Handling Equipment

Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations

Coordinate in daily cycle count and/ or stock take processes including the preparation

Skills/ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any stream with Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistics industry

Minimum of 3-5 years experiences in FMCG (Foods and Home Care)

Minimum of 3-5 years strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management

Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and good team player

Excellent in Excel with strong skills in Analytical, Decision Making and Problem Solving

Excellent communication skills both written and oral, and interpersonal skills
