Job summary

Gentle Supreme is seeking a warehouse/logistics professional to maintain pallet management records and reports. You will coordinate with the Warehouse Team Leader to ensure daily fulfillment within target lead times and productivity, perform cycle counts, and upload stock data.

You will also maintain warehouse performance reporting and vendor documentation, contributing to cost control and accurate operational records across all warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management/ Business or related field equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistic industry.
• Minimum of 3 years experiences in FMCG (Foods and Home Care).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the report, documentation, and records of Pallet Management.
• Coordinating with Warehouse Team Leader to ensure daily fulfillment completeness within target lead time and productivity.
• Daily cycle count and/ or stock take uploading.
• Maintaining the reporting on warehouse performance, productivity, and cost.
• Maintaining the records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any required documentations of total Warehouse Operations including Warehouse' Vendors.
