Job summary

Jora Malaysia in KLIA, Selangor, is hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead warehouse operations, optimize inventory control, and manage SAP (GSI) transactions for maintenance and project activities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 8+ years in warehouse/logistics, plus strong SAP Inventory Management and customs clearance experience to ensure compliance and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, MRO, industrial, or rail environments.
• Rail industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Inventory Management (IM) and warehouse processes.

We are hiring Warehouse & Logistics Manager (KLIA)

Location: KLIA, Selangor, Malaysia

Salary: RM9,000 - RM12,000 per month

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations at KLIA, ensuring operational excellence in inventory management, SAP transactions, customs clearance, and material support for maintenance and project activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, MRO, industrial, or rail environments.
• Rail industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong experience with SAP (GSI) and inventory management systems.
• Sound knowledge of customs clearance and freight forwarding operations in Malaysia.
• Experience in developing and improving process flow charts for supply chain operations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Inventory Management (IM) and warehouse processes.
• Proven experience in customs clearance, trade compliance, and import/export operations.
• Ability to independently manage complex supply chain activities and drive continuous process improvements across warehouse, logistics, and inventory functions.
• MRO / Engineering / Rail industry exposure preferred
• Results-driven with a focus on operational excellence and compliance
