We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehousing activities, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations while supporting business growth through inventory excellence, process optimization, and warehouse automation.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
- Ensure products are handled safely, stored correctly, and delivered on time.
- Optimize warehouse space, manpower, equipment utilization, and operating efficiency.
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs including productivity, service level, inventory accuracy, and cost performance.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS, Quality, Food Safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping, product integrity, and storage standards.
- Support audits, investigations, and corrective action implementation.
Warehouse Systems & Automation
- Lead the operation and continuous improvement of warehouse automation systems, including ASRS, AGV, and automated material handling equipment.
- Ensure seamless integration between warehouse operations, WMS, and SAP.
- Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Production, and external vendors to resolve system and equipment issues.
- Develop contingency plans to minimize operational disruptions during system downtime.
Inventory Management
- Ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and process controls.
- Maintain product traceability and inventory visibility within SAP/WMS.
- Investigate discrepancies and implement preventive measures to reduce stock loss or transaction errors.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and operational teams.
- Drive productivity, cost-saving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage warehouse budgets, manpower planning, and controllable operating costs.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Safety are an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or related operations.
- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience managing warehouse teams and operational performance.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food ingredients, edible oils, chemical, or similar process-industry environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience managing or implementing ASRS, AGV, automated storage, or warehouse automation systems is highly preferred.
- Strong track record in inventory management, KPI management, cost control, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with Production, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, IT, and external service providers.
