We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations within our 3PL logistics facilities. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, service quality, cost efficiency, and compliance while meeting customer SLAs.
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipments.
Manage warehouse supervisors and operational staff across multiple shifts.
Ensure achievement of KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, productivity, and cost control.
Optimize manpower, equipment, and warehouse space utilization.
Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with account management and customers to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor and improve warehouse processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead WMS usage, system enhancements, and process automation where applicable.
Prepare operational reports and support budgeting and cost management activities.
Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirement:
Minimum 5years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a 3PL / logistics environment.
Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse operations.
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, KPIs, and productivity management.
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Good people management and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication abilities.
Experience in Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
Willing to work extended hours when required.
Language Proficiency: English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.
Mandarin proficiency is required as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and superiors from China.
