Job summary

CSX Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in Malaysia. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, dispatch timeliness, and maintaining OSHA safety within the facility.

You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching, while enforcing strict inventory control and space optimization. Mandarin is required to coordinate with cross-border suppliers and senior management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Mandarin speaker required to communicate with cross-border inventory suppliers and upper management.
• Strong leadership, analytical skills, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, stock picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Implement strict inventory control with routine stock-counts to minimize discrepancies.

Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff, forklift drivers, and general workers to maintain high productivity.

Enforce strict occupational safety and health rules (OSHA) within the warehouse facility to prevent accidents.

Manage space optimization and ensure proper handling of logistics equipment (forklifts, pallets, racking systems).

About you

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.

Minimum 3–5 years of practical warehouse management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Mandarin speaker is required to manage communication with cross-border inventory suppliers and upper management.

Excellent leadership, strong analytical skills, and highly familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
