Job summary

Dermypack Plastic (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/Logistics professional to oversee receiving, storage, and material issuance of raw materials and chemicals in a fast-paced environment. You will manage Finished Goods storage, packing, and shipment coordination while safeguarding printing cylinders, plates, sleeves, and tooling.

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ERP/WMS updates, implementing FIFO/FEFO and batch traceability in compliance with ISO,

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and batch traceability.
• Familiar with ISO, GMP & OSHA standards.
• Ability to maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials, printing inks, solvents, and chemicals.
• Manage Finished Goods storage, picking, packing, and shipment coordination.
• Control and safeguard printing cylinders, plates, sleeves, and tooling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and ERP/WMS updates.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability, and compliance with ISO, GMP & OSHA.
• Manage indirect materials, tools, PPE, and MRO items with proper issuance control.
• Lead warehouse teams: supervisors, storekeepers, forklift drivers, loaders.
• Ensure warehouse zoning, cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of flammable inks/solvents.
• Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Production, Printing, QA/QC, Planning and Logistics.
