Job summary

Amity Technical Services & Consultancy (M) Sdn.Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee packing, receiving, kitting and shipment processes in Penang. You will ensure on-time material handling based on job orders and BOMs, maintain 5S practices and safety, and lead a small warehouse team.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy in the system and physical counts, documentation, and timely submission of reports. Experience in WH procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Area of coverage WH /Logistic operation (Packing, Receiving, Kitting, Shipment)
• On time Material Kitting Based on customer BOM (PCB & Wire Handling)
• On time Material Kitting Based on Job Order.
• Check Packaging before release before shipment delivery.
• Key in Kastam report promptly and submit report by first week of the month.
• Manage Store documentation and submission to FI (DO ,Invoice, packing list, etc)
• Warehouse 5S & Safety & Storage Condition.
• Manage Warehouse inventory accuracy in System & Physical (monthly and year end Physical Inventory)
• Manage incoming, outgoing and return material to customer.
• Handle discrepancy/non conformance for incoming and consignment materials.
• Lead and supervise Warehouse team.
• Adhered to WH procedure and other relevant procedure.
