Job summary

WTE OILFIELD SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to oversee daily warehouse activities in Malaysia.

You will manage incoming and outgoing materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and support production with timely material delivery. The role emphasizes safe forklift operation, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely fulfilment of material requirements.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Implement and adhere to warehouse procedures, including storage, labelling, and retrieval of materials.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to established procedures.
• Issue materials to production lines and other departments based on authorized requests.
• Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment and safety measures.
• Update inventory records accurately and promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation and traceability of materials.
• Assist the inventory coordinator with various tasks, such as creating purchase orders, tracking shipments, and resolving material shortages.
