Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain stock records in the warehouse system.
• Monitor stock movement, stock aging, slow-moving items, and discrepancies.
• Plan coordinating stock receiving, deliveries, and goods distribution to branches/customers.
• Lead, supervise, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and discipline.
• Ensure warehouse organization, safety, and space utilization; implement efficient procedures.
• Monitor delivery performance and ensure on-time dispatch of goods.
• Prepare routine warehouse reports and identify improvement opportunities.

Job description

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.

Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain proper stock records in the warehouse system.

Monitor stock movement, stock aging, slow-moving items, and inventory discrepancies.

Plan and coordinate stock receiving, delivery schedules, and goods distribution to branches or customers.

Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly checked, recorded, and documented.

Conduct regular stock counts and stocktake exercises to ensure inventory accuracy.

Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged goods, missing items, and other inventory-related issues.

Lead, supervise, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity, discipline, and work efficiency.

Plan manpower allocation and daily workloads according to operational requirements.

Ensure proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, safety, and space utilization.

Implement and maintain warehouse procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.

Monitor warehouse equipment, company assets, and material-handling activities.

Coordinate with the Sales, Purchasing, Administration, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor delivery performance and ensure goods are dispatched accurately and on time.

Prepare and submit regular warehouse reports, including stock movement, inventory discrepancies, and operational performance.

Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to reduce costs and improve productivity.

Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse safety procedures, and relevant regulations.

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
