Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage inbound stock, storage, and outbound operations in a manufacturing environment. You will ensure documentation accuracy, apply FIFO principles, and coordinate manpower for warehouse and logistics teams.

Candidate should have 3–5 years in warehouse management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team while adhering to safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound stock aligns with supplier documents and customer records.
• Uphold quality and quantity control procedures at all times.
• Handle materials and finished goods per set procedures to prevent damage and meet safety requirements.
• Maintain documentation for inbound, storage and outbound per guidelines.
• Oversee storage, replenishment, and safety measures within guidelines.
• Manage incoming and allocation processes according to handling, safety and documentation policies.
• Oversee retagging and sorting within set timelines.
• Monitor FIFO and stock reporting for Raw Materials and Finished Goods.
• Plan manpower schedules and duties for warehouse and logistics teams (loading/unloading).
• Ensure stock management system data is accurate and up to date.
• Record and investigate discrepancies per policy; maintain housekeeping, safety and security standards.
• Contribute to ongoing department development.

Job description

Ensure that all inbound stock receive are in accordance with customer documents from supplier

Ensure that the overall Quality, quantity procedures are adhered to at all time

All materials & finish goods to be handle as specified in the handling set procedures, as to avoid damages and safety requirements

Ensure that all documentation related to inbound, storage and outbound are within the set guideline policies, procedures and controls

Ensure that all activities related to storage and replenishment are within the set guidelines of handling and safety measures

All related activities to Incoming and Allocation are within the set guidelines in relation to handling, safety, control and documentation

All related activities to Retagging and Sorting are within the set timeline

Control and enforce of FIFO system in warehouse. Control and report for stock on Raw Materials, Finished Good, Packing Material.

To plan, control for manpower schedule and job responsibilities for operation team in warehouse department and logistic department (loading and unloading)

Ensure that all data in stock Management system are precisely and in conformity with exact requirements

All transaction is updated timely to avoid any discrepancy between physical & system

All discrepancy is investigated within the set guidelines policy

All activities relating to housekeeping, safety & security measures to be strictly adhered as per the set guidelines by the company Ensure compliance for warehouse

Contribute to other developing of the department

Must possess a Higher Secondary/Diploma/Professional Degree in in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in warehouse management in manufacturing /production operations is required.

Strong analytical skills with hands on experience in warehouse management.

Able to plan and organize a team of subordinates.
