Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee all warehousing activities, including receiving, storage, kitting and shipping. You will maintain accurate inventory records and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Reporting to the HOD, you will monitor KPIs, ensure 5S compliance and safety, and tackle challenging deadlines with a proactive, customer‑oriented mindset. Diploma or Bachelor's in a related field and 3–5 years of warehousing experience are

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing and inventory management best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office/Excel.
• Good communication and leadership skills to effectively manage the warehouse team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
