Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Logistics/Warehouse Manager to oversee warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring SOP compliance and stock accuracy. The role collaborates with Retail Operations, Supplier Management, and Delivery teams to streamline inbound flow.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in logistics, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, driving day-to-day performance and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Logistics / Warehouse Management.
• Strong knowledge in transportation, warehouse, distribution, inventory & planning.
• Ability to operationalize warehouse and internal logistics strategy to meet day-to-day performance.
• Proven leadership with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing and distribution operations and ensure policy/SOP compliance.
• Ensure accuracy of warehouse stocks.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations, Supplier Management, Home Delivery and external parties to ensure timely inbound flow.

Support and coordinate with various stakeholders such as Retail Operations team, Supplier Management team, Home Delivery team, and any external parties such as freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure inbound flow (from order processing to goods receipt) is timely and accurate.

Responsibility

• At least 5 years of experience in Logistics / Warehouse Management.
• Excellent knowledge in different functional areas of transportation, warehouse, distribution, inventory & management planning etc.
• Proven ability to operationalize warehouse and internal logistics strategy to ensure day to day warehouse performance is consistently maintained and effectively integrated the ability to proactively and efficiently scale operations in line with business needs.
• Ability to operate and prioritise in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• High adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and excellent command and control on the floor.
