Job summary

PolyPaq Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, coordinate goods receiving, picking, packing and dispatch, and drive accuracy and efficiency in stock control. The role requires leadership to train and supervise the team, schedule daily tasks, and monitor performance.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in warehousing or logistics, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and strong Excel and ERP/WMS capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including goods receiving, stock picking, packing and final dispatch.
• Lead, train and supervise the warehouse and logistics team; plan daily work schedules and assign floor tasks.
• Ensure stock accuracy via cycle counts, physical stock audits and data reconciliation.
• Review delivery orders, bills of lading, customs paperwork and shipping manifests for compliance.
