Job summary

Waveplus Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination while leading the warehouse team to meet productivity targets and maintain high service standards.

You will implement SOPs, ensure accuracy and compliance with safety and quality requirements, collaborate with procurement, production, sales and finance, monitor KPIs, and drive cost efficiency through data‑driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP/WMS systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and delivery coordination.
• Lead and develop warehouse personnel to meet targets and performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and regular stock reconciliation.
• Monitor capacity, space utilisation and material movement.
• Establish and enforce SOPs and process improvements.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, Finance and Logistics for smooth material flow.
• Track KPIs and manage costs; investigate discrepancies and issues.
