Job summary

3A United Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure efficient order fulfillment. You will implement inventory controls, coordinate with logistics partners, and enforce safety standards across the warehouse.

The role requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience, strong WMS knowledge, and Mandarin fluency to liaise with diverse staff and international suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) including inventory control.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a warehouse team with effective delegation and performance monitoring.
• Solid understanding of logistics coordination and route planning.
• Experience in accurate order fulfillment, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in warehouse settings.
• Proficiency in shipping and receiving, documentation and handling of goods.
• Staff training and development to improve skills and performance.
• Strong problem-solving to address operational challenges and improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external partners.
• Mandarin fluency is required for effective communication with diverse workforce and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead, train and motivate a team of warehouse staff with task delegation and monitoring.
• Enforce strict inventory control to minimize discrepancies and loss.
• Coordinate with物流/transport teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Manage order fulfillment, including picking, packing and shipping.
• Utilize WMS to track inventory and optimize space and workflow.
• Conduct performance monitoring and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Manage shipping and receiving functions with proper documentation.
