Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma or higher in Warehousing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in warehouse field.
• Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English.
• Possess own transport.

• A team player able to work across departments to balance customer satisfaction and plant productivity.
• Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, movement, storage, control, receiving and issuance of raw materials and finished goods.
• Set up inventory labeling and storing system in the store.
• Ensure warehousing activities are carried out safely and efficiently according to procedures.
• Lead and manage a group of store staff.
• Hands-on in receiving and issuing goods when necessary.
• Plan and execute daily store activities including customer documentation and warehouse management.
• Communicate issues impacting stocks or production schedules.
• Collaborate with production, sales and purchasing to ensure smooth material transfers.
• Address slow-moving and aging inventory while maintaining optimal stock turns.
• Maintain clean, organized store and ensure input/output aligns with paperwork.
• Ensure stock counts and system stock quantity (SQL, etc.) tally.
• Approve or reject packed or sorted items per quality specifications.
• Other tasks as assigned by the company.
