Symphony Confection Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Warehouse & Inventory Executive to support daily warehouse operations in Malaysia. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, stock movements, receiving and dispatch processes, and ensuring efficient warehouse activities.
Responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, monitoring stock movements, and performing stock counts. You will coordinate with production, purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Executive to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, stock movement, receiving and dispatch processes, and ensuring all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock quantity is always up to date.
Monitor stock movements, including stock receiving, transfers, and issuance.
Perform regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper stock arrangement and storage following FIFO/FEFO practices.
Manage incoming and outgoing raw materials.
Verify all raw material receipts against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Prepare and issue raw materials according to production requirements.
Ensure finished goods are properly received into warehouse inventory after production.
Verify finished goods quantity before loading.
Monitor loading activities to ensure correct products and quantities are delivered.
Check Delivery Orders (DO) against actual loaded quantities.
Ensure all outbound shipments are complete and accurate before trucks leave.
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics teams.
Maintain proper warehouse documentation and inventory records.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained.
Report inventory shortages, damages, or operational issues promptly.
Support other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Diploma or SPM with relevant warehouse experience.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
Familiar with inventory control and stock management.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an added advantage.
