Job summary

Ban Seng Plastic Industries & Assembly Sdn Bhd – Petaling is seeking a skilled Logistics Warehouse Manager to lead inbound receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and outbound distribution.

You will work with production, planning, and procurement to maintain inventory accuracy, implement FIFO, conduct cycle counts, and drive continuous improvement in a lean environment. Strong communication with vendors and customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in logistics/warehouse.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Manager level in Logistics & Warehouse Management or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
• Collaborate with production, planning, order fulfilment, and materials management teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with FIFO and cycle counting.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely stock availability.
• Prepare monthly stock reports and ad-hoc analyses for management.
• Ensure compliance with import/export policies and regulatory licensing.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers and manage escalations.

Ban Seng Plastic Industries & Assembly Sdn Bhd – Petaling

Liable for the overall warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, warehousing/inventory control, pick-pack-ship, and distribution of raw material, components, supplies, and finished goods inventory.

Manages daily site logistics operations, processes, workflows, and escalation through proactive interaction with key stakeholders including production, planning, order fulfilment, materials management, and other supply chain teams.

Maintain inventory accuracy with appropriate materials transactions and effective communication schedules release data or all other logistics/materials requirement information to buyers, planners, manufacturing, and relevant teams.

Maintains a high standard of warehouse housekeeping/sanitation, supporting a lean work environment by promoting and delivers continuous improvement processes and programs.

Administers and accountable for government import & export customs policies, tools, statistical reporting and compliancy to governmental classification & regulatory licensing requirements.

Collaborates and coordinates with inter-departmental to meet or exceed all KPIs, goals, and objectives.

Site focal point on escalations involving transportation, warehousing, brokerage operations, and packaging, and crating issue resolution.

Effective communication with all levels of leadership; internally and externally (customer & vendors).

Responsible for timely inventory updates, ensure proper implementation of FIFO, cycle counting and ensuring the accuracy of inventory.

Monitor & review stock holding levels to ensure turnaround time is adequate to ensure stock availability.

Accountable to meet the Operation performance KPI in Inbound and Outbound such as on time receipt issuance / inventories / shipping accuracy, inventory holding and turns, and on time stock up.

Analyse & review monthly stock reports such as stock turnover, write off, returned, adjustment and variance report besides preparing any ad-hoc reports as and when required by management.

Oversee & monitor shipments both inbound & outbound.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

Required language(s) : English , Bahasa Mandarin , Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Preferably Manager specialized in Logistics & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
