Job summary

Intrintrisque Health in Melaka is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Executive to oversee warehousing, inventory control and distribution, ensuring efficient operations and on-time deliveries within a fast-paced supply chain.

You will manage daily warehouse activities, lead a small team, monitor KPI performance, coordinate with logistics partners, and implement improvements to reduce costs and increase accuracy while maintaining safety and quality standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Sound understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and distribution networks.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and supervise team members.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts as required by operational demands.
