About the role

Intrinseque Health is seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse & Logistic professional to join our team in Melaka Tengah, Melaka. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution operations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and optimizing our supply chain processes. This role is essential to maintaining our operational efficiency and ensuring that our products reach customers promptly and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems, ensuring all stock levels are tracked and verified regularly
• Oversee the receipt, storage and organization of incoming goods, ensuring proper categorization and placement in designated warehouse areas
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments, including order picking, packing, and labelling in accordance with delivery specifications
• Monitor warehouse operations to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Conduct regular warehouse audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any logistics-related issues
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the warehouse environment
• Train and supervise warehouse staff members, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain detailed documentation of all warehouse activities, including receiving reports, shipping manifests and inventory adjustments

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics coordination or a similar role within the warehousing and distribution industry
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency with inventory tracking software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling inventory counts and documentation
• Solid understanding of supply chain principles, logistics operations and best practices in warehousing
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data management and reporting
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various departments and external partners
• Relevant certifications in logistics, supply chain management or operation would be advantageous
