Job summary

BH Global Links Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Executive to join our Port Klang facility.

You will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, manage inventory, coordinate with logistics teams and ensure safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics/Supply Chain, has 2-3 years of warehouse experience, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for supervising staff and driving process

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operations or logistics experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Optimise warehouse layout and storage solutions to maximise space utilisation and efficiency.
• Prepare and analyse warehouse performance reports and KPIs.
• Implement and maintain health, safety and environmental (HSE) protocols and procedures.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks in warehouse processes.
• Liaise with customs, port authorities and other stakeholders as required for port-based operations.

About the role

BH Global Links Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouse Executive to join our dynamic team at our Port Klang Selangor facility. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution centre. As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, managing inventory, coordinating with logistics teams, and maintaining operational excellence. This role is integral to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to serve our clients reliably and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and best practices
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Leadership abilities with experience in supervising warehouse staff and teams
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate across departments
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in inventory and documentation
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Knowledge of port operations and customs procedures is preferred
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous
