Purpose of The Role
The incumbent will assist leaders in day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Return section, in line with company quality policies and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Listen to superior and follow instructions carefully, carrying out tasks according to SOPs.
- Check return stock, photograph discrepancies, conduct physical verification against supplier documents, and ensure return stock is stored in designated areas.
- Prepare Returned Quality Checklist, Return Summary List, and RCN based on physical stock receipts. Issue Product Deviation Notices for any discrepancies and update leader or immediate superior.
- Restage cartons according to pack specifications and apply carton labels.
- Update stock received into SAP.
- Support email communication and seek client approval when necessary.
- Prepare scraping notes and stock for destruction.
- Prepare goods for RTP/INT when applicable.
- Keep immediate superior informed of any problems or incidents, reducing unplanned deviations and focusing on right‑first‑time improvements.
- Ensure safety of people, stocks, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Report departmental issues, non‑conformities, and accomplishments to leaders/manager, ensuring prompt and effective communication internally and externally.
- Attend and participate in cross‑functional meetings and projects when needed.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned when required.
What Will Make You Successful
Must‑Have
- 1–3 years of experience and knowledge of warehousing operations.
Advantage to Have
- Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure or cost of poor quality.
- Good planning skills and ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of company operations and procedures.
- Multitasking ability and capacity to work under pressure with tight deadlines, and availability after normal business hours when required.
