Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse - Hub Operation Support Specialist in Ipoh, Perak to oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, sorting, storage, and shipping. You will design procedures to ensure smooth coordination between production and logistics.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher, owns transportation, and is willing to work six days a week with weekday or weekend off. This role requires leadership, safety compliance, and proactive maintenance of facilities.

• Design and optimize logistics processes, including inbound and outbound movement, sorting, packaging, and distribution of goods.
• Manage the warehouse team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, etc.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse facilities, ensuring equipment is operational.

Warehouse- Hub Operation Support Specialist

Location: 12A, Persiaran Industry Rapat 2, Kawasan Perindustrian Sri Rapat, 31350 Ipoh, Perak.

Job Description:

• Ensure the smooth daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, sorting, storage, and shipping. Develop and execute effective warehouse operational procedures to ensure efficient coordination between production an logistics.
• Design and optimize logistics processes, including inbound and outbound movement, sorting, packaging, and distribution of goods. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, and implement measures to improve logistics operations.
• Manage the warehouse team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, etc. Inspire team morale, foster a positive work environment, ensure team collaboration, and achieve set goals.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards. Develop and implement safety operating procedures to prevent accidents and losses.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse facilities, ensuring equipment is operational and identifying and resolving potential issues in advance.
• Diploma and above in any field
• Own transportation required
• Able to accept 6 working days (Off day will be on weekday or weekend)
