Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily store operations and assist in logistics functions in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves receiving, organizing, and recording stock, plus coordinating with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth supply chain activities.

The successful candidate should have at least a diploma or SPM, basic Excel/Word skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in store/warehouse/logistics is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Physically fit to handle store activities.
• Forklift license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including receiving, checking, arranging, and recording stock.
• Ensure all store items are organized systematically for easy access and accurate inventory control.
• Monitor stock levels, track stock movements, and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Assist in logistics functions, such as preparing and maintaining logistic reports, coordinating schedules, and supporting delivery arrangements.
• Work closely with the Logistic Dept to support day-to-day logistics operations.
• Prepare simple reports related to both store management and logistics.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store and storage areas at all times.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the superior.
