Job summary

Shopee Malaysia seeks a capable Project Manager to lead warehouse expansion and optimization across sites. You will design layouts, coordinate stock movement, and manage end-to-end expansion projects with cross-functional teams and vendors.

The role requires strong data analysis, problem solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering on tight deadlines. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in consulting or project management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting and/or project management, with strong preference for warehouse design/implementation projects.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills with innovative solutions.
• Solid data analysis skills with ability to interpret datasets and generate insights.
• Ability to work independently in a complex environment with initiative and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock movements and coordinate transfers between main and satellite warehouses.
• Optimize warehouse utilization and monitor costs to plan expansion or optimization projects.
• Design layouts by analyzing stock profiles and utilization data to maximize space and accessibility.
• Strategize and propose expansion methods, including satellite warehouses and multi-location operations.
• Lead end-to-end warehouse expansion projects with budgets, timelines, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through participation in ad-hoc projects to enhance warehouse processes and efficiency.
