Job summary

Shopee in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager within the Operations team to drive end-to-end initiatives from planning through execution. You will coordinate across ground operations and regional teams, ensuring milestones are achieved and risks are mitigated with clear stakeholder communications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in management consulting or project management, with strong planning and execution capabilities across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
• Minimum 3 years in management consulting and/or project management.
• Knowledgeable on tools and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs and projects.
• Experience across full project lifecycle from framework design to execution.
• Ability to work independently in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Ideation of strategic business initiatives leveraging project management and consulting methodology.
• Lead overall project planning and milestone tracking across all workstreams.
• Establish project metrics and timelines and communicate to ground operations to drive execution.
• Identify and manage key project issues and risks with mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Serve as focal point for project communications with internal and external stakeholders.
