Job summary

Shopee is seeking a proactive professional to join our Projects team in Malaysia, focusing on warehouse capacity management to support business growth. You will drive capacity initiatives in fulfillment warehouses, optimize layouts, and ensure efficient utilization of space and resources.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree from a top-tier university and has at least two years' experience in consulting or project management with warehouse exposure, plus strong data analysis and PM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting and/or project management, with a focus on warehouse design, implementation, or process improvement.
Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Optimize Warehouse Utilization: monitor usage and costs; identify indicators for expansion or optimization projects.
Design Optimal Layouts: analyze stock profiles and utilization data to develop efficient layouts and storage recommendations.
Monitor and Improve Warehouse Throughput: ensure space, workstations, and equipment to support operations as the business grows.
Drive Continuous Improvement: participate in ad-hoc projects to enhance warehouse processes and efficiency.
