Shopee’s Cross Border team in Malaysia is expanding and seeking a growth-focused professional to drive cross-border seller programs, warehouse operations and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with regional partners, analyze performance data, and lead end-to-end projects across multiple functions.

The role requires bilingual English and Mandarin, strong analytics, and stellar stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth projects for cross-border sellers in Malaysia across programs, warehouse, ops and marketing.
• Develop and implement category growth strategies with regional stakeholders.
• Perform business analysis and reporting to support leadership decisions.
• Initiate internal projects to optimize existing practices.
• Manage timelines, tasks, and resources across initiatives.
• Conduct deep-dive market and user analysis to plan effective solutions.
• Bridge gaps between seller offices, regional teams and local business units.
