PMO activities for rollout of strategic initiatives within the retail and fulfilment sphere.
Identify growth opportunities for Shopee through retail and fulfilment initiatives.
Investigate, analyse and design solutions to challenges, while monitoring and reporting on key issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead and execute projects supporting business objectives.
Engage with senior leadership to drive growth initiatives within retail and fulfilment ecosystem.
Take ownership of project resources, timelines, and deliverables to align with broader goals.
